1. Structure and Composition
(1) Valve Body
Flanged Ends

Compliant with international standards (ANSI, DIN, JIS, etc.), with selectable pressure ratings (PN10-PN40/Class150-Class300).

Materials: Stainless steel (CF8/CF8M), fluorinated cast iron, PP/PTFE plastic (corrosion-resistant).

Weir or Straight-Through Flow Path

Weir Type: Mainstream design, low diaphragm pressure drop, suitable for high-precision control.

Straight-Through: Full bore, no flow obstruction, suitable for media containing particles or viscous substances.

Diaphragm Assembly

Diaphragm: EPDM, NBR, FKM rubber or PTFE coated, corrosion-resistant and compliant with FDA/USP Class VI sanitary standards.
