Purpose
This series of butterfly valves adopts an eccentric structure design. The main structure of the valve consists of a butterfly plate, valve body, transmission mechanism, and valve seat. The valve seat adopts a detachable structure and can be made of different light-resistant, aging-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials according to the chemical and physical properties of different media.
It can be widely used in air conditioning, food, chemical, drainage, pharmaceutical, petroleum, and energy systems and other fluid pipelines as regulating and shut-off devices.
Features
1. The valve seat is integrally vulcanized with the valve body, with good integrity, facilitating on-site maintenance. It adopts a full-flow design, is not affected by impurity jamming, and the two-end integral annular sealing lines ensure reliable sealing without additional gaskets during pipe installation. Different materials can be selected according to different usage requirements.
2. Long lifespan and many opening and closing cycles.
3. Simple structure and rapid opening. The butterfly plate material adopts a streamlined design, can be used bidirectionally, has low flow resistance, and excellent flow characteristics.
4. The flow characteristics tend to be linear, and the regulation performance is good.
5. Double-sided sealing, zero leakage in testing.
