Installation instructions and steps for a wafer butterfly valve

Wafer butterfly valves include manual wafer butterfly valves, gear wafer butterfly valves, electric wafer butterfly valves, and pneumatic wafer butterfly valves.

This butterfly valve is one of the common valve types in industrial pipelines. The wafer butterfly valve itself has a relatively small structure; it only needs to be placed between the flanges at both ends of the pipeline. By using double-headed bolts to fasten it through the pipeline flanges and the wafer butterfly valve, the flow of the fluid medium in the pipeline can be controlled.

Wafer butterfly valves are particularly suitable for places with narrow spaces or short distances between pipelines. When the butterfly valve is fully open, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the resistance when the medium flows through the valve body. Therefore, the pressure drop generated by this valve is very small, so it has good flow control characteristics.
