Product Introduction

Industrial steam scenarios (DN50-DN300) : The valve body and gate plate are made of cast steel WCB, and the sealing surface is surfacing with 13Cr alloy, which can withstand the erosion of high-temperature steam at 425℃. The handwheel is equipped with an insulating sleeve to prevent operators from getting burned. Regularly drain the condensate water through the sewage hole to prevent water accumulation and rusting at the bottom of the gate plate. ​
For oil transportation scenarios (DN100-DN600) : The inner walls of the valve body are treated with sandblasting for rust removal and anti-rust paint to prevent corrosion of the inner walls caused by residual oil. The packing material is selected from oil-resistant flexible graphite to prevent the oil from dissolving the packing and causing seal failure. The manual transmission box is equipped with an oil level observation window, which facilitates timely replenishment of grease. ​
Maintenance convenience: The valve body and the valve cover are connected by "bolts". After disassembly, the gate plate, packing and other vulnerable parts can be replaced. After the sealing surface is worn, it can be repaired by grinding (without the need to replace the entire valve), and the repair cost is only one third of that of a new valve. The exposed stem structure facilitates intuitive inspection of valve stem wear and packing leakage, enabling early planning of maintenance and reducing losses from sudden shutdowns.
