1. Product Structure and Composition
(1) Valve Body
Threaded End

Both ends of the valve body are threaded (NPT, BSPT, BSPP, etc.), allowing for direct screwing into the pipeline for compact installation.

Material: Stainless steel (304/316), PP/PTFE plastic (corrosion-resistant), cast iron (fluorine-lined).

Diaphragm Assembly

Diaphragm: Rubber (EPDM, NBR, FKM) or PTFE material, isolating the medium from the stem to prevent leakage.

Weir: A weir-type structure in contact with the diaphragm, controlling the flow of the medium (weir-type or straight-through design).

(2) Operating Mechanism
Handwheel/Lever

Manual rotation or downward operation, compressing the diaphragm through the stem to achieve opening and closing.

Some models have a position indicator to show the on/off status.

Pneumatic/Electric Actuator (Optional)

Suitable for automated control and remote operation.
