Flanged Ends

Disc

Uses an eccentric design (such as double eccentric or triple eccentric) to reduce friction and extend service life.

Material: Stainless steel (304/316), nickel-plated carbon steel, or hard alloy coating (STL cladding).

Seat

Soft seal: EPDM, NBR, PTFE (suitable for low-temperature or corrosive media).

Metal hard seal: Stainless steel + graphite (suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, temperature resistance up to 600℃).
