The worm gear double-flanged butterfly valve mainly consists of the following components:

(1) Valve Body
Valve Body (Wafer Type): Flangeless, clamped between pipe flanges using bolts, lightweight, and space-saving.

Valve Disc: Circular or elliptical, rotatable 90° (fully open ↔ fully closed), typically made of cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, or lined with plastic (such as PTFE).
