1. Product Structure and Composition
(1) Valve Body
Grooved End Body:
The valve body has grooves at both ends, connecting to the pipe via clamps (fire protection grooved pipe fittings), enabling quick installation without welding or flange connections.
Material: Ductile iron (QT450), cast steel (WCB), stainless steel (304/316).
Disc:
Circular or elliptical, 90° rotation controls flow, material is usually the same as the valve body or lined with rubber/PTFE (soft seal).
Seat:
EPDM, NBR, or PTFE soft seal, ensuring zero leakage and suitable for water, air, and other media.
