1. Product Structure and Composition
(1) Valve Body
Wafer Type Body

Flangeless design; it is clamped between two pipe flanges using bolts, resulting in a lightweight and space-saving structure.

Materials: Cast iron (HT200), cast steel (WCB), stainless steel (304/316), lined plastic (PTFE/PP).

Disc

Circular or elliptical; 90° rotation controls flow. The material is usually the same as the valve body or stainless steel with rubber coating (soft seal).

Seat

Soft sealing materials such as EPDM, NBR, and PTFE ensure excellent sealing performance (leakage level can reach ANSI Class VI).
