Flanged Body

The valve body has flanges at both ends (compliant with ANSI, DIN, JIS, etc. standards), and connects to the pipeline flanges via bolts, suitable for high-pressure conditions.

Materials: Cast steel (WCB), Stainless steel (CF8/CF8M), Alloy steel (WC6/WC9).

Ball-Type Disc

Utilizing a spherical or partial spherical design, it forms a line contact seal with the valve seat, providing better sealing than ordinary butterfly valves and withstanding high pressure.

Materials: Stainless steel (SS304/SS316), Hard alloy (STL cladding).

Seat

Metal hard seal (e.g., stainless steel + graphite) or soft seal (PTFE/EPDM), suitable for high temperatures (≤600℃) or corrosive media.
