Product Introduction

Brass valve body core: Material advantage in low-pressure scenarios

Material selection and performance: The valve body and valve cover are made of HPb59-1 brass (containing 59% copper and 1% lead) or H62 brass (containing 62% copper), formed through casting process. The material has good strength (tensile strength ≥420MPa) and plasticity, is non-magnetic and has excellent thermal conductivity. It has strong corrosion resistance and can withstand the corrosion of tap water, fresh water, and mild acid and alkali solutions (pH 6-8), making it especially suitable for municipal water supply, household HVAC, bathroom pipelines and other scenarios. The temperature resistance range is -20 ℃ to 120℃, suitable for low-pressure working conditions (nominal pressure PN10/PN16), avoiding the risk of plastic deformation of brass material under high pressure.
Valve body structure design: The "thin-wall lightweight" design is adopted. The wall thickness is optimized in accordance with the GB/T 12232 standard (for example, the wall thickness of the DN50 PN10 model is 8mm, which is 30% thinner than that of the cast iron valve of the same diameter). The overall weight is light (about 2.5kg for the DN50 model), which is convenient for installation and transportation. The flow channel is of straight-through type, with a smooth inner wall (roughness Ra≤3.2μm), reducing water flow resistance and impurity deposition, and is suitable for small-flow transportation in civil use (such as household water and small air conditioning systems). The surface of the valve body is treated with "natural polishing" or "chrome plating", which not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also provides rust prevention, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor exposed installation environments.
