Valve body structure: Made of carbon steel WCB through integral casting, the wall thickness is optimized according to the PN16 pressure rating (for example, the wall thickness of the DN300 model is 28mm, which is 40% thicker than the brass gate plate of the same diameter). The valve body chamber undergoes a 100% hydrostatic test (test pressure 2.4MPa, and no leakage after 30 minutes of pressure holding). The flow channel is of straight-through type, with an inner wall roughness Ra≤1.6μm, which reduces medium resistance and impurity deposition. A DN20 sewage hole is set at the bottom, facilitating regular dredging of industrial pipelines. ​
Flange connection In accordance with the standards of GB/T 9119.2-2017 or ANSI B16.5 Class 150, the sealing surface is raised surface (RF) or concave and convex surface (MFM) (suitable for high-pressure sealing requirements), and the number of bolt holes matches the diameter of the hole (for example, DN300 PN16 is set with 12 bolt holes of φ23mm). Compatible with 8.8 grade carbon steel bolts, the flange and the valve body are integrally cast without welded joints, avoiding the risk of flange leakage under medium pressure, and suitable for standardized installation of industrial pipelines.
