The uses and characteristics of a center-line double-disc butterfly valve
This series of butterfly valves adopts an eccentric structure design. The main structure of the valve consists of a butterfly plate, valve body, transmission mechanism, and valve seat. The valve seat adopts a detachable structure and can be made of different light-resistant, aging-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials according to the chemical and physical properties of different media.

What is the difference between a rising stem gate valve and a non-rising stem gate valve?
Underground gate valve: The valve stem nut is inside the valve body and is in direct contact with the medium. The gate plate is opened and closed by rotating the valve stem. The advantages of this structure are: the height of the gate valve remains unchanged, so the installation space is small, and it is suitable for large-diameter gate valves or gate valves with limited installation space.
Applicable medium temperature for valve body and valve cover made of different materials
Different valve body and valve cover materials are suitable for different medium temperatures. Understanding these is crucial for correct valve selection and minimizing unnecessary losses. Austos Valves introduces some commonly used valve body and valve cover materials and their applicable medium temperatures!

What is the difference between a check valve and a stop valve?
The closing member of a globe valve is a plug-shaped valve disc with a flat or conical sealing surface. The valve disc moves linearly along the fluid's centerline. The valve stem can be a rising stem type (the stem rises and falls, but the handwheel does not), or a rising and rotating stem type (the handwheel rotates and rises and falls with the stem, and the nut is located on the valve body). Globe valves are only suitable for fully open and fully closed positions and cannot be used for throttling or regulating flow.
